A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure bookings.
Only one special, package or discount can be applied to an invoice. Any additional service requested on top of the wedding packages are at full price. Makeup that is inclusive of false lashes and airbrushing cannot be altered for a discounted price if the client wishes not to have false lashes or airbrushing.
Travel Fee applies 30km outside Canberra, ACT. If 30 km or more, an additional travel fee of $.80c per km (return) will be charged on top of $30 flat rate.
Booking with Estella Artistry
Booking your wedding or other special occasion with Estella Artistry is very easy and requires only a few steps:
- Once you have contacted Shae, she will send you a client information sheet to fill out. This will give her some more information regarding your wedding/special occasion plans so she can be fully prepared.
- Send your completed client information sheet to info@estellaartistry.com.
- Shae will confirm the dates and send a client agreement to you via email/post which you will sign and return back. This is to protect the client and make-up artist throughout the service and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- To secure your date and times, a $50 retainer is due at the time the agreement is signed. This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once Estella Artistry receive the signed agreement and retainer, you are all booked for your event!
